Do I have to have my vehicle repaired at the facility the insurance company directs me to?
No. You have the right to do business with the repair facility of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop, however, they may recommend one in your area.
Is my vehicle going to have two different shades of color because you are only painting the areas
that have been damaged?
Absolutely not! At Wiley's Body Shop, we can say with confidence that your vehicle will look as if it had never been in a collision. We are equipped with a fully computerized paint mixing system to assure you of perfect color matching
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No, we do walk-in estimates Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. In some cases, we can even come to your home or work to perform an estimate.
Why can't I get an estimate over the phone?
Each vehicle is different, and when you bring yours in, our friendly office staff will help you select the right services based on your needs and conditions.
Can you give me a ride back to work after I drop off my vehicle?
Yes! We will drop you off or pick you up within a 15 mile radius. Feel free to ask for this complimentary service
Must I obtain three estimates?
No. No one can tell you to obtain more then one. You, as the vehicle owner, however, may choose to do so.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. There is never a charge for an estimate or consultation regarding your repair
My car is not drivable. Can you tow my vehicle to your shop?
Yes. Simply call us with the location of your vehicle and we will arrange to have it towed to our facility.
Do you have rental cars available?
Yes. We have established positive business relations with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car. They will come to our facility and pick you up. It is your choice, after completion of the repairs, to either return the rental vehicle to Enterprise, or leave it with us and they will retrieve it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Wiley's Body Shop accepts Visa and Mastercard, insurance checks and cash. We are sorry, but we can no longer accept personal or business checks.
